Ability to scale pipe lengths and price labor and material.
View bids from contractors and download/print drawings for pricing.
Work with Project Managers and develop change orders.
Knowledge of excel/word is a plus.
Skilled in AutoCad is a plus. Make pipe drawings on sheet metal drawings.
Communication is very important.
Organization skills are required.
Example of piping jobs; Cooling Towers, Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, Hot Water Units, Fuel Oil Systems, and Refrigeration Systems.
