Secure appointments and grow your business through clienteling, outreach and event opportunities.
Demonstrate passion for our brand through product knowledge and strong sense of style.
Meets and exceeds sales for individual and team goals
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
Track weekly sales goals of team
Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Host showings at home or on location
Engage & Incentivize consumers in all product offerings and sales plans
Must be able to work independently and also as a member of a cohesive team
Entrepreneurial spirit to sell
Develops strategies to promote team member achievements and performance goals
Mentors team members individually
