Your Mission: A. Human Resources: 1. Independently manage the recruitment together with the managers and your dedicated trainee 2. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees 3. Set up and maintain a performance management and training system 4. Build and maintain a strong corporate culture (events, workplace atmosphere, etc.) 5. Manage payroll (including compensation and benefit administration) 6. Remain up to date and ensure full compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees B. Legal: 1. Lead legal and regulatory projects 2. Negotiate legal terms with prospects 3. Keep our Service Agreements up to date Your Profile 1. You have a bachelor in law degree (ideally) 2. You have 1-2 years experience in a similar role 3. You have strong organisational and relational skills 4.You have a passion for promoting workplace efficiency and job satisfaction 5.
