• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Cataloging samples
• Ensure that client quotes are processed and orders are completed using the established company business process and procedures
• Ensure showroom is in good condition
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
