Your Mission
ï‚· Support existing English (and/or French, and/or Portuguese) speaking users on a daily basis
ï‚· Sell more functionalities and services
ï‚· Build strong relationships with clients by exceeding the client's expectations
ï‚· Take part in internal and external projects for the growth of the company
Your Profile
 You have 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
ï‚· You have the drive to create value for the company by selling additional features to our existing
customers and respect objectives.
ï‚· You are fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus)
ï‚· You have excellent communication skills and you adapt easily to different cultures
ï‚· You are eager to work independently and to cultivate business relationships over the phone
and by email
