Reservations and Customer Relations Assistant About the Company As an award-winning mobile safari camping operator, we offer unique tented camping safaris into Sri Lanka's main national parks, for our high-end clients to experience the truly wild side of Sri Lanka. Working together with travel agencies, but also accepting direct bookings, our clients are mostly from Europe, Australia, Canada, and the USA. We are a small company with a handful of people working in an international team at the office in Katunayake, while the rest of our about 40 staff is serving our guests in the camps.

Description

Your Job Tasks - Replying to customer queries, supporting them to book - Coordinating bookings with clients and travel agents - Maintaining reservation system - Issuing invoices and following up on payments - Transport arrangements - Following up ‘after sales’ service Your required qualification and skills • High level English language skills – foreigner or foreign educated person preferred • Min. 3 years work experience in the service industry • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Understanding of the importance of quality work • Service orientation (the love to work with people) • Common sense • Computer skills: basic programs like MS Office, basic Adobe Photoshop skills would be an advantage. Experience with booking engines or hotel booking programs would be another plus point
