Description

TransferTo’s internship programme offers insight into our business and the fintech industry. The internship is a full-time paid programme, based in Singapore and for 12 months or reduced period to be discussed. This is an opportunity for a talent and motivated individual to enter the fintech world or get an introduction to B2B marketing. We put your knowledge to a practice and give you the fast start and market insights you need to be successful. You’ll gain practical experience working across the full marketing mix of campaigns, digital, events, research, and communications and gain international exposure in a fast expanding business. You’ll meet and interact with over 50 different nationalities across our 8 international offices worldwide, and will be a decisive contributor from the start. Key responsibilities: Conduct research for market trends, clients or competitors, providing analysis, benchmarking and recommendations on our marketing initiatives Plan, lead and execute marketing campaigns for lead acquisition, qualification, and opportunity creation, working closely with regional sales teams Support event execution and speaking opportunities to ensure we raise the visibility of the company Get hands on in digital with our social media channel management to increase engagement, updating Write or edit content ranging from website updates to press releases, blogposts or customer emails Work with designers to produce offline or online marketing collaterals Provide operational support in maintaining calendars, tracking, reporting or other adhoc projects Desired Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will be An undergraduate or a graduate student in any discipline, preferably related or having done coursework in business, finance, marketing or communications. Keen interest in fintech and B2B marketing Able to commit to a full-time 12 month programme in the Singapore office or a reduced time period to be discussed. Direct or indirect working experiences in the money transfer or mobile financial industry is a plus Has strong analytical skills, strong understanding of customer/market dynamics and requirements, good initiative, working both independently and as part of a team Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to react to change quickly and execute well. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in another language will be a plus.
