BPE offers an exciting and affordable opportunity for native English speakers or near native speakers to live, work, and travel in this fascinating country. You will teach an average of 20~25 hours per week, and additional 5~10 hours office time, which leaves you enough time to see the sites and explore the rich cultural backdrop of China’s expansive history. The students range from private academics, public elementary and secondary schools. Contract extensions are greatly appreciated and will be granted according to your performance and your wishes. China includes English in their school's curriculum at a young age, so most students are proficient with English reading and writing, but are shy and embarrassed to practice their conversational skills. As an English language teacher, you can engage your students and make them feel more comfortable by interacting with your native tongue.
We have more than 20 candidate positions available in 7 provinces. The program runs all year long and applicants may start as soon as they are awarded a contract and finished their pre-employment training. A three day training period will be provided for new comers. Most schools request their teachers to have two more weeks for orientation and training within the school.

The average salary for our overseas professionals is between ¥8000（$1230）and ¥11000（US$1700） (exchange rate of May 2016) per month. This is more than double the salary of local teachers and it easily covers the local expenses of living in China. While each destination and school has a different budget, we negotiate the best compensation through means of salary, room, board, and/or cultural classes (e.g.: language, art, music).
• Allowance & Bonus
Airfare Allowance ¥3000 every half year; depending on the requirement of the company.
Travel Allowance ¥1000 per one year contract; depending on the requirement of the company.
• Pre-arranged Accommodation
Furnished accommodation will be included with your teach placement. Schools will have basic but comfortable living arrangements (private teacher's accommodation, hot water, kitchen, computer access, wifi, etc).
• Complimentary dinning at school
Your daily meals will all be covered by the school cafeteria.
• Visa Assistance
Pear Education will assist you with information to obtain a visa, but we have no control or ability to guarantee government issuance and/or visa availability.

Applicants Requirements
• Good command of the English language. Aged 25~55 with good health condition. Native Speaker or near native speakers preferred. Chinese knowledge helpful, but NOT required. Male and female applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; Education majors and classroom experience preferred, but not required (note: Juniors and seniors will be considered for our program on review of academic achievement.)
• International teaching certification holder（TESL, TEFL, TESOL）is a plus.
• L-visa holder with more than 3 months period of validity. BPE will provide an invitation letter (apply for F-visa) on confirmation of contract.
• Work period: 6 months (1 term). Contract extension to 1 year is possible according to previous performance.
• Enjoy leading groups and teaching children and/or adults
• Good lesson planning and organization skills
• Attendance at staff meetings
• Open to foreign cultures and living abroad
• High level of responsibility

BPE offers an exciting and affordable opportunity for native English speakers or near native speakers to live, work, and travel in this fascinating country. You will teach an average of 20~25 hours per week, and additional 5~10 hours office time, which leaves you enough time to see the sites and explore the rich cultural backdrop of China’s expansive history. The students range from private academics, public elementary and secondary schools. Contract extension would be highly appreciated according to your performance and your wishes. China includes English in their school's curriculum at a young age, so most students are proficient with English reading and writing, but are shy and embarrassed to practice their conversational skills. As an English language teacher, you can engage your students; make them feel more comfortable by interacting with your native tongue.
We have more than 50 candidate positions available in 13 provinces. The program runs all year long, applicants may start as soon as they are awarded the contract and are finished their employment training. There will be three day training for new comers. Most schools request their teachers to have two more weeks for orientation and training.

• Salary
The average salary for our oversea professionals are between ¥8000（$1230）and ¥11000（US$1700） per month. This is more than double the salary of local professors and it easily covers the local expenses of living in China. While each destination and school has a different budget, we negotiate the best compensation through means of salary, room, board, and/or cultural classes (e.g.: language, art, music).
• Allowance & Bonus
Airfare Allowance ¥3000 every half year.
Travel Allowance ¥1000 per one year contract.
• Pre-arranged Accommodation
Furnished housing will be included with your teach placement. Schools will have basic but comfortable living arrangements (private teacher's housing, hot water, kitchen, computer access, wifi, etc).
• Complimentary dinning at school
Your daily meals will all be covered by the school cafeteria.
• Visa Assistance
Pear Education will assist you with information to obtain a visa, but we have no control or the ability to guarantee government issuance and/or visa availability.
• Arrival Assistance
We will arrange an airport pick-up and transfer for you; a representative will pick you up from the airport.
• Cultural Exchange Teacher's Kit
Three days of training provides useful tips, advice, and information to prepare you for the adventure of living and working abroad as well as advice on teaching in China. We also will update you on Pear Education’s core value and teaching ethics.
Applicants Requirements
• Good command of the English language. Aged 25~55 with good health condition. Native Speaker or near native speaker preferred. Chinese knowledge helpful, but NOT required. Male and female applicable
• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; Education majors and classroom experience preferred, but not required (note: Juniors and Seniors will be considered if highly qualified for our program)
• L-visa holder with more than 3 months period of validity. Provide invitation letter (apply for F-visa) to the one who confirmed arrival in China
• Work period: 4 months (1 term).Contract extension to 1 year is possible according to previous performance
• Enjoy leading groups and teaching children and/or adults
• Good lesson planning and organization skills
• Attendance at staff meetings
• Open to foreign cultures and living abroad
• High level of responsibility
• Dedication to the full term of commitment
• Health tests and immunizations to obtain the proper work permit-Class Z. (e.g.: EKG, HIV test, tetanus, hepatitis, typhoid, etc)
• A criminal background check may be required by some schools and positions
