Position Summary Sales Development sits at the forefront of NatureBox's sales strategy and success. We are seeking disciplined hunters who want to join a fast growing dynamic sales team. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced company with a proven market demand and sales. You will be the driving force behind NatureBox's Corporate Snacking Program: building meaningful corporate customer relationships with large offices across the country. You will attain an incredible amount of experience with a premier startup in Silicon Valley by working alongside a management team with a proven track record. Responsibilities include: Generating new business opportunities by setting up introductory calls with organizations in targeted industries Qualifying leads through multiple channels Conducting high-level, tailored outreach via outbound calls and email campaigns Hitting a weekly quota along with daily metrics Proactively prospecting, researching and maintaining up-to-date information on an assigned list of companies Maintaining expert knowledge of NatureBox products and offerings along with competitive advantages Desired Skills & Experience: Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to convey products very simply Time management, calendar planning, and CRM diligence is a must Passion and love for food Ability to work in a fast-paced, open floor and competitive environment Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter Four year university/college degree required Perks Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance Open and flexible time-off policy All the delicious snacks you can eat Frequent new snack tastings (your input counts) Frequent happy hours/team activities Two free Naturebox subscriptions
