Your tasks will be: 1) Introduce innovative MSME financing and Agricultural Lending services and distribution schemes 2) Identify market opportunities, develop and launch innovative services 3) Develop effective marketing strategies 4) Increase effectiveness and quality of MSME lending operations 5) Develop new products for the rural clients (farmers, agribusinesses) as well as MSMEs 6) Implement appropriate monitoring and reporting practices 7) Advise middle and senior management of client banks in strategic matters
You will offer: 1) Solid and relevant experience in MSME Finance and Agricultural Lending 2) Strong track record in developing and growing MSME Finance and Agricultural Lending operations 3) Previous consulting or management experience 4) Strong analytical and communication skills (spoken and written) 5) Work experience in Newly Independent States 6) Fluency in Russian; strong command of English 7) Flexibility to relocate and to travel
