Develop value chain financing scheme and facilitate banks’ cooperation on VCF product
Design and deliver training programs for senior and middle management
Ensure qualitative and timely submission of deliverables and drive the expert team towards impactful positive results
Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or other relevant field
Experience in agricultural and/ or rural MSME financial product development
At least 8 years of experience in consulting and team leadership
Experience in developing agricultural and/ or rural value chain financing schemes
Track record in developing countries of South and Southeast Asia
Excellent communication and report writing skills in English
