• Designing the education campaign (forming the team of trainers, conducting training for trainers, preparation of presentation materials and handouts, etc.)
• Performing reporting and evaluation of the campaign, designing a plan for the future activities within the agri-producers education campaign
Requirements
• University degree in Finance, Economics or Law
• At least 3 years of previous work experience in experience in development and implementation of the education campaigns in agri-insurance or agrifinance
• Excellent command of English, knowledge of Georgian and/or Russian languages is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication and writing skills, excellent presentation skills
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and result oriented professional. This position provides an opportunity for qualified candidates to move into a consulting role over time.
