According to market requirement, design and develop organization structure and career development for partners to meet company’s strategy and talent retention policy;
Absorb and develop high potentials, set up talent pool to meet both short term and long term business requirement;
Set up internal communication channels; improve effective communication within management and partners to build up harmonious working environment.
Cooperate with total pay team to push relevant programs;
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? University degree at least, foreign company experiences in HR function, from retail is preference;
? Familiar with labor law and regulations in area;
? Strong in communication;
? Strong in problem solving;
? Can work in high pressure;
? Excellent both for English oral and writing
