We are currently seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our team. Positions: -Prep Cook – knife skills required, must be able to work diligently without constant supervision -Line Cook – must be able to follow recipes to ensure consistency in product -Grill Cook – must be able to do AM grill (knows how to cook eggs) and PM grill (burgers, etc.) The following are some of the qualities we look for when hiring a new associate: • Honest • Team Player • Good Communication Skills • Friendly • Enthusiastic • Reliable • Punctual • Problem Solver • Responsible The following qualifications must be met as well: • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in commercial/restaurant/hotel/hospital kitchen • The ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • The ability to read and follow recipes perfectly • The knowledge of using basic kitchen equipment • The determination to work safely • The ability to pass a background check • Must have reliable transportation Please reply to relay address and attach resume.
